Four reasons you should not eat late(video below)
Most
ladies love being dainty and announcing how they don’t eat late at
night because they feel it is fashionable not to. However, it ought to
be more than that. They are both logical and health reasons why you
should not eat late.
1.Makes you add weight
This
is the most obvious and common reason. When you eat late, it sits in
your stomach rather than get burned off in activity because you go to
bed shortly after. This bad habit usually constitutes the reason people
end up with belly fat.
2.Makes you ease yourself more
Logically
speaking, if you eat shortly before bed, you would have cause to get up
at regular intervals to pee. If you know you want a smooth night rest
then you are highly advised not to eat late. This is because the food
tends to digest as you sleep thus creating waste as you sleep.
3.Causes indigestion
Eating
late can cause heartburns and make you restless as you sleep. This is
actually quite common. Ever noticed that at times when you eat shortly
before bed, lying down can be very uncomfortable? In fact, I can testify
to this that one time, I went to bed shortly after eating and then I
couldn’t sleep till I had thrown up violently. Thus, to ease the
digesting process, eat early.
4.Sleeping disorders
You
would be surprised to learn that your bad eating habits can cause
terrible sleeping habits. It is not unheard of that having formed a
habit of eating late, you can’t go to bed anymore without snacking on
something first. That is not good at all.
