Tips to help you thicken your hair

is very common for black women to suffer from thinning hair, yet it can
take a huge toll on a woman’s self-esteem. Obviously, the causes of
thinning hair include tight weaves, sickness, over-styling, too many
chemicals etc. but do you also know the simple methods you can employ to
thicken your hair?
1.Regular trimming
Supposing
the problem is that your hair is thick at the base then thins out at
the tips, then you should trim it regularly so as to maintain the
thickness all through the hair.
2.Wear curly hair styles
You could style your natural hair into an afro or curls to give your hair a full look and an extra bounce.
3.Apply hair thickening products
It
would do you the world of good if you have thin hair to use shampoos,
hair creams and conditioners specifically meant for thin hair. Always
choose hair products based on the hair types and challenges you may
have. Note however that the extra volume you may notice is temporary.
4.Eat well
Your
hair usually is a good reflection of what you eat. If you desire
healthy, full hair, ensure that your meals are balanced and rich in
proteins and fruits.
5.Take hair vitamins
It
is understandable that you may not always be able to closely watch your
diet so you could take hair vitamins to supplement your other efforts.
6.Don’t grow out your hair
At
times, how thin your hair is made more obvious because you are trying
by all mean to grow out your hair. However, the truth is that if you
keep your hair short, it won’t look as thin.
