7 Players Who Have Won the Premier League Title With Different Clubs

N'Golo Kante looks set to surely win the Premier title with two different clubs (and become the first player to ever do so in back-to-back seasons).

Impressively after just two years in England, the Frenchman will likely join a prestigious group of players who have achieved such a feat.

 So here's a look back at seven players who have previously won English football's greatest prize, with two different teams.

1. Henning Berg

The first man to accomplish this triumph was Henning Berg.

 Berg was part of the successful Blackburn Rovers side who fended off Manchester United in 1995, to win the title.

 Yet it was with Sir Alex Ferguson that the Norwegian won his second title with, having moved to Old Trafford in 1997.

 Berg won the Premier League in 1999 and 2000 before returning back to Blackburn.

2. Nicolas Anelka

It took 11 years for a second player to achieve the same feat.

Anelka scored six goals for Arsenal in 1997/98 as they romped to their first Premier League title.

 The Frenchman then travelled the world for 12 years playing for Real Madrid, PSG, Liverpool, Manchester City, Fenerbahce and Bolton, before he finally arrived at Stamford Bridge.

 Under the guidance of Carlo Ancelotti, Anelka and Chelsea won the 2010 Premier League crown, with the side scoring 103 goals in the process.

3. Ashley Cole

In the same season, Cole joined the illustrious list of players.

 After rising up through the Arsenal youth ranks, the defender established himself as first team regular.

He helped the Gunners to win the title in 2002 and 2004, before his infamous move to Chelsea.

There, the left-back won another Premier League title in 2010, which somewhat surprisingly, was his only league triumph in his eight years at the Blues.

4. Gael Clichy

Ashley Cole's left-back apprentice joined the list in 2012.

 Clichy moved to Arsenal in 2003, and within a year had played a big part in the side that won the Premier League title.

 After eight years in London, the full-back moved to Manchester City, and once again won the title in his first year at the club.

 Clichy added a third Premier League winners medal in 2014, making him one of the most successful foreign defenders ever in the English football history.

5. Kolo Toure

Toure played a monumental role in Arsenal's 'Invincibles' season, and only missed one league game all year.

 The Ivorian followed the popular Gunners exodus around the end of the '00s decade, and moved to Manchester City.

 Toure had an indifferent time at the Etihad, but did pick up a league winner's medal in 2012.

 The defender nearly became the first player to win the Premier League with three clubs in 2014, but Liverpool ultimately finished second behind City.

6. Carlos Tevez

Tevez was the third and final player to join the exclusive list in 2012.

The Argentine moved to Old Trafford in 2007, after helping West Ham avoid relegation the year before.

Tevez won the Premier League in each of his two years at United, before infamously joining the 'noisy neighbours'. 

The striker was just as controversial in the blue half of Manchester, and was brought back into the team in April 2012, after serving a club-enforced ban. 

Yet, Tevez's return helped galvanise City, who went on to oust United and win their first Premier League title.

7. Robert Huth

Huth played a bit-part role in Chelsea's consecutive league triumphs in 2004 and 2005, yet had still collected two winners' medals by the age of 21.

Having failed to oust John Terry and Ricardo Carvalho from the Blues back-line, he moved to Middlesbrough, and then Stoke.

After falling out of favour at the Britannia, the German appeared to be willing to see out his final Premier League years with Leicester.

Yet in 2016, the impossible happened as the Foxes incredibly won the Premier League title, with Huth playing in 35 games that season.
